As technology professional with an extensive and varied background, I have experience leading cross-functional teams in defining and delivering successful user-centric processes, products, and services.
Over the last 11 years, creating an exceptional customer experience has been my guiding light, whether collaborating on support teams, web design/development, process improvement, or photography and print media projects. Currently, I am part of a pre-sales team who function in an atypical model wherein I not only engage evaluators regularly, but also use their feedback to influence multiple areas of the business, from product development to marketing to operations. Previously, I oversaw operations and service delivery in a university maker-space focused on digital fabrication and print production, including managing project teams of up to twelve that provide and enhance support for customers.
